Have a manufacturer’s warranty?
Your appliance should be covered by the one-year limited warranty if you purchased it within the last twelve months, but you will need to show proof of purchase when you call for service. In the event that the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, service and repair charges will be applied and payable at the time of service. All service calls to correct the installation of your major appliance, to instruct you to use your major appliance, to replace or repair house fuses, or to correct house or plumbing are not covered by the one year limited manufacturer’s warranty, and must be paid for upon completion of the service visit.
Amana Authorized Service
Service and repairs are performed exclusively by factory-authorized Amana technicians. Someone over the age of 18 must be present during the repair. A technician will contact you to confirm your appointment. By requesting service, you consent to Whirlpool Corporation and its affiliates sending your case information to an authorized service company.
