COVID-19: The health and safety of our customers and team members is a priority.

The health and safety of our employees, service providers and consumers is our first priority. We are closely following the World Health Organization’s, Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) and Health Canada’s guidelines on the steps we can take to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19). We have shared specific guidance with our employees and independent service network on the importance of social distancing, proper handwashing and personal hygiene.

  • Per CDC & Health Canada recommendations our service technicians may ask you screening questions related to you and your household’s potential exposure to COVID-19 prior to confirming a date for requested service. As a result, consumers may experience a delay and additional steps required in scheduling.
